~   Preheat Aeropress with boiling water in inverted position.
 

~   Grind 13g medium coarse and place in chamber, shake to level.  
 

~   Pour 30g of water onto coffee bed. Leave the coffee bed to bloom until no more               bubbles appear, approximately 30 seconds. 
 

~   Gently pour 155g more water, until total reaches 185g.
 

~   Flip Aeropress and press slowly for one minute. Aim to finish pressing by 2:30s.
 

~   Decant into mug & serve.
