~   Grind enough coffee medium fine to fill basket of your Moka pot.
 

~   Fill and level basket, but do not tamp.
 

~   Fill the base of Moka pot with hot water up to safety valve & transfer quickly to             stove top.
 

~   Wait until pot starts to gurgle, then run base under cold water to stop extraction.
 

~   Serve with frothed milk for a latte style coffee, add water for a long black, or drink         as-is for an espresso style coffee!
